Video calling is as convenient as a phone call, with the added value of face-to-face communication. It can save you time and money, and brings your advice closer to home.

Instead of travelling to an office, you enter our online waiting area. The advice service is notified when you arrive, and your adviser will join you when ready.

There is no need to create an account.

No information you enter is stored, without your permission.

We will ask for your name and telephone number,

(and optionally, your date of birth, to help find you uniquely if you have contacted us previously).

This service is currently available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only, between 11:30 am and 2:30pm.

DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE THIS SERVICE TODAY.  WE APOLOGISE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND HOPE TO RESUME NORMAL SERVICE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
