Citizens Advice East Suffolk was formed on 1st April 2022 from the merger of Citizens Advice Felixstowe & District, Citizens Advice Leiston & District and Citizens Advice North East Suffolk. We provide an impartial, confidential and free service across the East Suffolk district, providing advice and support to residents with benefit, family, employment, housing, debt, consumer, immigration and health issues. We also provide financial capability advice to individuals, and we are happy to consider workshops with groups of people.
We can be reached by phone and email and offer face to face appointments at our main offices in Lowestoft, Beccles, Leiston and Felixstowe and drop in at our outreaches.
In addition to our advice and support services we campaign on the big issues that effect people’s lives and we support our local communities.
